Everything you need to know about the PGA Tour 2026 season
The PGA Tour 2026 schedule has been announced and the world’s top golfers will gather to claim trophies, prize money, glory and the chance to make history.
The four major golf championships will take centre stage as usual. The Masters kicks-off proceedings in April, with the PGA Championship following in May at the Aronimink Golf Club.
Shinnecock Hills Golf Club is the setting for the US Open in June, while Royal Birkdale takes the honour of holding the 154th Open.
The arrival of the new signature event the Miami Championship at Trump National Doral’s ‘Blue Monster’ course at the end of April is the biggest addition to the calendar.
The Miami Championship will mean there’s nine Signature Events in 2026, with The CJ Cup Byron Nelson getting bumped by Trump’s new show to now take place the week after the PGA Championship.
The other Signature Events remain largely unchanged, although the The Truist Championship returns to Quail Hollow Club after a mini-break at the Philly Cricket Club in 2025.
The Barracuda Championship is the only tournament missing from the tour, with the Corales Puntacana Championship taking Barracuda’s usual spot on the calendar in July.
There are a few other tournaments shuffling around in 2026. The Rocket Classic in Detroit moves from late June to late July. While the Charles Schwab Challenge is now being played two weeks after the PGA Championship.
The FedEx Cup Playoffs remain the same with The Bellerive Country Club in St. Louis, Missouri hosting the BMW Championship.
