WATCH: Katt Williams breaks down his love of golf & how it helps him as a comedian
Comedian Katt Williams is known as the King of the Underground, but there’s nothing secretive about his love of golf.
Williams has been in the news for his calling out of Hollywood elites over a variety of issues.
Even in his bombshell interview with Shannon Sharpe, Williams’ love of golf came through.
Williams believes that golf teaches you lessons that you can use in your everyday life.
He feels that it is both about taking in the beauty that surrounds you and then getting down to the task at hand.
“You can’t be high or low, you have to stay focused and that translates all the time."

Williams has insisted that he doesn’t play from the tips, saying “I find you don’t get anything for that.”
However, he has a reverence for the game and its lessons that plenty of players will relate to.
“Golf is a thing where 18 times they set you up with a challenge and they put obstacles and hazards in the way, and you have to navigate your way safely,” says the Emmy Winner on the official channel of the PGA tour.
Williams recently released a new Netflix special, but it seems he also helped Sharpe to a massive payday.
The host of the podcast Club Shay Shay, claims that the interview which went super-viral netted him a bigger payday than his entire NFL career.
“Everybody was talking about how much money I made doing the Katt Williams interview,” Sharpe said during a chat with his “Nightcap” sports chat podcast cohost and fellow former player Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson. “I just got the check. So whatever you think I made, three X it. So if you think I made 500,000, three X it. If you think I made a million, three X it. If you think I made 2 million, three X it.
“I made more money on Katt Williams alone than I made in any year that I played the NFL.”
