Woods plays round at Augusta

While he is yet to confirm his participation at the Masters, Tiger Woods played 18 holes at Augusta on Tuesday.

This was confirmed by his agent Mark Steinberg who confirmed via email that the former world number one was indeed on the course.

“He continues to work on the game and will advise in coming days what plan is,” Steinberg told USA Today Sports in the email.

Reports revealed that Woods’ private jet, a Gulfstream G5, was spotted next to the hangar used for private jets at Augusta Regional Airport in the early hours of Tuesday morning.

The 39-year-old, a four time Masters winner, recently dropped out of the top 100 for the first time in nearly two decades.

Injury has plagued Woods, who has not played a competitive round since walking off the Torrey Pines course at the Farmers Insurance Open in early February.
