Do you think you could make a hole-in-one if you were given 500 chances to do it? Or would your afternoon turn out as frustrating as Brandon Stone’s did?

Earlier this week, the South African was challenged by the European Tour to see if he could make an ace at the Gary Player Country Club.

Stone, who has made six holes-in-one in his career, was given no less than 500 balls to try and make a seventh – but it turns out not even endless, mindless repetition can guarantee that little ball finding the cup.

As you can imagine, Stone’s frustration eventually got the better of him, and we don’t think this is a challenge he’ll be attempting again any time soon.
