QHotels Collection tees up TrackMan technology expansion across two new resorts
The QHotels Collection, a collection of unique hotels and resorts located across the UK which includes seven championship golf resorts, has announced a significant expansion of its partnership with TrackMan, the cutting-edge driving range technology.
Following the resounding success of the pilot venue, Oulton Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort, Leeds, the QHotels Collection is investing in elevating the golf experience at two additional resorts.
Belton Woods Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort and Dunston Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort, will be taking their driving ranges to unprecedented new heights.
The initial installation of TrackMan at Oulton Hall Hotel garnered widespread praise for transforming the driving range into a dynamic, interactive, and immersive space.
Golf enthusiasts embraced the TrackMan app, which offers a seamless blend of technology and recreation. Users can download the app before their session, unlocking a plethora of game-enhancing features, including detailed shot analysis, interactive experiences, and a variety of entertaining games.
One of the standout features of a TrackMan Range is the inclusion of virtual golf, allowing players to virtually traverse some of the world’s most renowned golf courses. This feature has proven to be a game-changer, providing players with an unparalleled experience that transcends the traditional confines of a driving range.
“The success of our pilot venue reinforced our belief in the transformative power of TrackMan technology,” said Keith Pickard, Golf, Health Club & Spa Director for The QHotels Collection about the expansion.
“We are thrilled to bring this revolutionary experience to two more of our golf resorts, enhancing the golfing experience for our members and guests and setting a new standard for the industry.”
Mike Malone, VP at TrackMan, shared his enthusiasm for the expanded collaboration, saying: “TrackMan is proud to be a part of The QHotels Collection vision to redefine the golfing experience. Our technology is designed to inspire and engage golfers at every level, and we look forward to continuing our successful partnership with the installation of Trackman at Belton Woods Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort and Dunston Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort.”
This expansion not only marks a technological leap forward for The QHotels Collection but also presents a unique opportunity to introduce more individuals to the sport within each local community. By offering new users a state-of-the-art experience at their local resort, The QHotels Collection aims to cultivate a broader interest in golf and create a welcoming environment for those new to the game.
As The QHotels Collection continues to invest in the integration of TrackMan technology, golfers and non-golfers alike can anticipate an unparalleled fusion of sport and innovation at the upcoming resorts.
This strategic move reaffirms The QHotels Collection’s commitment to providing a world-class golfing experience and solidifies its position as a pioneer in the industry.
