Healthy living is a subject dear to the 81-year-old, nine-time major champion’s heart, as he revealed that he still does over 1000 sit-ups a day.
Player says more emphasis must be placed on educating young people on the importance of a healthy diet and exercise, and the avoidance of fatty foods.
