Mickelson undergoes second operation

Phil Mickelson is reportedly recovering from his second operation in three months as he looks to prepare for the 2017 season.
The five-time major winner went under the knife for a sports hernia after the Safeway Open in October and now reports have revealed he has had a second procedure.
Mickelson's management company also revealed that while he is expected to make a full recovery, there is no set return date just yet for the 46-year-old.
Lefty has not won an event since the 2013 Open Championship but enjoyed a decent 2016 season, finishing runner-up to an indomitable Henrik Stenson at the Open Championship and notching up six other top ten finshes.
