How much did Jon Rahm earn on the LIV Tour in 2024?
Jon Rahm’s decision to join LIV caused much controversy when he made the switch to the rebel Tour early in 2024.
By virtue of signing up, the Spaniard had got the dollar signs spinning before his eyes although, for a while, his on-course earnings were less than anticipated.
It took Rahm a while to get up to full speed but when it clicked the two-time Major winner filled his boots.
A fast-finishing seventh place in the Open Championship at Royal Troon in Scotland hinted that a first LIV win was around the corner and he duly delivered when crossing the border to capture the LIV Golf UK event at JCB Golf and Country Club in Staffordshire.
After fifth in the Olympics at Le Golf National when he let a wonderful chance to win gold go with a back-nine collapse, Rahm returned to finish second in the LIV Golf Greenbrier.
But it was at LIV Golf Chicago where he really made his mark.
Not only did Rahm win the event, pocketing a first prize of $4million, his victory in Chicago secured him a hefty bonus.
That win saw Rahm top the earnings list with $16,754,488 and for that he was awarded a whopping $18million bonus.
That took his total earnings for his debut season to $34,754,821.
A total of 18 players banked $5million or more.
