ECCO Casual Hybrid range

Leading global manufacturer of footwear, ECCO, announces the launch of its Casual Hybrid range, featuring a sleek sneaker version for men as well as modern-classic Brogue options for men and women.

Promising rich leathers and distinct silhouettes, the Casual Hybrid is highly water repellent thanks to ECCO’s proprietary Hydromax treatment.

Each shoe is built atop the patented E-DTS outsole, which boasts approximately 100 moulded traction bars. These deliver nearly 800 traction angles to promote superb grip in a variety of conditions.

“The pioneering spirit that led us to introduce the first hybrid footwear in golf continues to drive our innovations season after season,” says Michael Waack, Head of Global Golf at ECCO. “These exciting new shoes pair Tour-proven technologies with the most attractive designs and richest materials.”

Further distinguishing Casual Hybrid is a special leather inlay sole that can be added or removed, allowing for width customization.

Like all ECCO golf shoes, Casual Hybrid is crafted at company-owned factories using the Direct-injection Process. This bonds the upper and outsole unit, creating a one-piece shoe construction without the use of glue or stitching. Benefits include a firm, water-tight seal, lightweight flexibility and greater comfort.

The ECCO Golf collection is endorsed by a number of golf professionals worldwide, including Fred Couples, Ernie Els, Graeme McDowell, Thomas Bjorn, Marcel Siem, Thongchai Jaidee and Na Yeon Choi.
