Paul Lawrie achieved what is thought to be only the eighth albatross in Open history on the Ailsa Course in Turnberry today.

Paul Lawrie achieved what is thought to be only the eighth albatross in Open history when he sank his four-iron at the 538-yard seventh in today’s final round on the Ailsa Course at the Turnberry Golf Resort
The 1999 champion joins the following list of players (complete records not available):
