Padraig Harrington has moved to the top of the Ryder Cup standings thanks to his fourth-placed finish at the Tour Championship in America.
With no counting event in Europe, Harrington takes over from Swede Alex Noren in top spot on the world points list from which the first four members of Colin Montgomerie’s side will come.
