Ever heard of the Alpha C830.2 Plazma driver? Probably not. But it topped all its rivals at the Diamond in the Desert Classic and Desert Launch last week.
Described by its manufacturers as a club that is revolutionizing golf, the Alpha C830.2 Plazma driver was used Fred Goth, Jerimie Montgomery and Mathew Vilade respectively to take the top three places in the 2007 Diamond in the Desert long-driving Classic staged at Mesquite, Nevada, last week.
Vilade, who is from Hideaway in Texas then went on to make history with the longest drive ever hit at the Desert Launch – it measured an astonishing 473 yards.
“Nothing compares to the accuracy and durability of Alpha drivers.” a delighted Vilade said afterwards. “Not only do I get the distance and excellent feel on impact, I have confidence knowing my driver was built to last and outperform anything I do to it.”
The club, the makers say, conforms to all USGA golf club guidelines and has been widely acclaimed in the USA.
Golf Digest described it as one of “The Best Drivers You’ve Never Heard Of”, Links Magazine called it “A Hidden Gem” and GolfTest USA awarded it a “Seal of Excellence”
“Now with six ReMax World Long Drive Championship titles, and over 150 long drive championship wins world-wide, Alpha drivers have been quietly gaining the respect of both PGA Tour players and Long Drive professionals”, Alpha Golf says
