Adams: bigger but faster

The Adams Speedline range of clubs have been built with clubhead aerodynamics in mind – and the new 90332LS is no exception.

Like its predecessors, say the proud manufacturers, the Adams Speedline 9032LS creates less drag and airflow turbulence which helps the golfer swing the club just that litter bit faster – and this despite the fact that the new clubface is 17 percent larger than the generation it is replacing.

By how much, we wondered? Tests have shown, say Adams, that its new aerodynamics on the Adams Speedline 9032LS driver increased the swing speed by an average of 3-4 mph, which equates to some 3-9 yards of extra carry.

Another feature of the new Adams driver, the company claims, is that it creates less spin off the clubface – 10-percent less – and this in itself is, another distance-enhancing element.

A further stand-out feature of the new club is it’s VooDoo NV graphite shaft with it’s up-to-the-minute Score Technology.

The pros who use them, know all about these dynamic news shafts, but they were relatively unknown in the retail market until the launch of the new Adams Speedline 9032LS in late July at suggested retail price of $469.99.
