TalorMade have launched a new range of clubs that will help do away with that much-hated slice and make hitting draws a whole lot easier.

Called the r7® Draw fairway woods, the r7® Draw hybrids and r70 Draw irons, the clubs will be made with draw-weighted technology that will make it easier for the ball striker to rotate the clubface back to square at impact.
The new r7® Draw woods and hybrids will start to come on to the market place in the USA at the end of November with the irons following in mid-December
An extensive TaylorMade Swing Study indicated that as many 50% of all golfers needed help when hitting a draw and this prompted the international club makers to come up with their new technology.
“There’s a huge segment of players who desperately want the distance-enhancing benefits of a draw, but who can’t turn the ball over, no matter how hard they try,” said Sean Toulon, TaylorMade Executive Vice President of Product and Brand Creation.
“We’ve analyzed the swings of thousands of players and found that 50% of golfers need help hitting a draw. That’s why we’re confident that the r7® Draw fairway woods, r7® Draw Rescue hybrids and r7® Draw irons are going to make the game a lot more fun for a lot of players.
“The Draw-Weighted Technology engineered into these clubs will make it possible for many golfers to hit a distance-enhancing draw for the first time ever.
“And not only that – these clubs will also help straighten a distance-stealing slice.
“You don’t have to change your swing, just let Draw-Weighted Technology do what it was developed to do and watch your shots do their thing. As we like to say – ‘Hit a draw, hit it longer.'”
The r7® Draw fairway woods will be available from the end of November in 3, 5, and 7 at a manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP) of $210 with a graphite shaft and $190 with steel.
Right-handed, left-handed and ladies’ versions will also be made available.
The r7® Draw Rescue hybrids will come in 3, 4, 5, and 6 at an MSRP of $175 with graphite shaft and $155 with steel.
Here too right-handed, left-handed and ladies’ versions will all available from the end of November.
The r7® Draw irons, will be made available in sets ranging from a 3-iron to a sand wedge from mid-December and will have a MSRP of $1,197 with graphite shafts and $900 with steel per set.
Additional r7® Draw wedges including a PW, AW, SW and LW will be sold separately at an MSRP of $133/$100 each.
Again, right-handed, left-handed and ladies’ versions are all available.
