• 1.

  Can I join Golf365 from anywhere in the world?

  Currently, you can only join Golf365 from the UK or USA and pay in £ or $.

  We will look to expand the Golf365 club to other countries in due course.

• 2.

  How long will it take for my membership items to be delivered?

  Delivery takes 1-4 days (UK) or 7-21 days (USA). We use FedEx for all deliveries & you’ll receive an email with tracking information once your package leaves our warehouse. If your delivery is delayed, we will contact you.

• 3.

  How much does shipping cost?

  We offer FREE shipping on all UK orders & all items are shipped from within the UK. USA residents will pay £15 shipping.

• 4.

  Can I select a different colour or style of product to the one that is listed?

  We can't offer a choice of colours on gear or clothing, but any customisation options will be displayed during the sign-up process.

  If a product is out of stock, from time to time we may send you a different colour or style.

• 5.

  What if I select the wrong size product?

  We offer a free exchange service if you want a different size of any of the gear.

  You will need to arrange the return of the items at your own expense. The items must come back to us in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

  You then pay a shipping charge to cover our postage costs to send your new items out. This cost is £7.50 if you live in the UK and £15 if you live in the USA.

  Once we’ve received your items (and assuming they haven’t been worn/damaged) we will then process your new items and send them out as soon as we have them in stock.

  Will my annual membership automatically renew?

  Your Golf365 membership will renew automatically after 12 months.

  We will contact you regularly to explain the options for renewal including the renewal price and the membership items you’ll receive once you’ve renewed.

  You can cancel your membership at any time at no cost.

  If your membership renews automatically but subsequently you decide to cancel then as long as your renewal items haven’t been shipped we will offer a full refund. You must contact us via email to cancel your membership.

  Will I receive the same products if I renew my membership?

  Every year, Golf365 members receive a new package of benefits immediately after each renewal.

  Those benefits change from year to year.

  You will be informed of the benefits in advance of your renewal payment, giving you the opportunity and time to continue with your renewal or to cancel.
