Sean O'Hair did something amazing when winning the prestigious Quail Hollow Championship in Charlotte this year - he didn't hole a putt longer than 10 feet all week. That's virtually unheard of at this level and shows just how immense he played from tee to green to beat a world-class field which included Tiger Woods. O'Hair could easily be a two-time winner in 2009 but at Bay Hill Tiger did have his number. The 2005 rookie of the year led by five going into the final round but Woods, looking for a first win since his comeback from knee surgery, wasn't to be denied. "I don't think I would've won that golf tournament (Quail Hollow) if Bay Hill didn't happen," O'Hair said recently so it's clear that he has the ability to turn negatives into positives and his calm deamanour is a great asset for any US Open hopeful. However, there is one other important factor for anyone to consider if having a bet on him this week. O'Hair and wife Jackie are expecting a thrid child and if it comes a week early he could well end up walking off the course - even if he's up with the leaders.
