The elegant and articulate Australian seems to have a game made for Augusta. He is long enough, hits the ball very high, has imagination, patience and a silky smooth putting stroke. And yet whilst his record there is not poor (he has made four cuts in four visits) last year's tie for 15th is his best effort. More specifically his last round in 2009 was the first time in 16 attempts that he has broken 70 on the course. As last year he began this campaign in bright fashion winning the SBS Championship at Kapalua. He will be hoping that is where the similarities end because his form in the majors of 2009 was not great. Since the birth of his second child at the start of February he has struggled somewhat, failing to break the top 20 in strokeplay events and falling in the second round of the WGC World Matchplay. He has the skill to win a second major, but it might not be the 2010 Masters.
