The young Northern Irishman's 2009 American major campaign was impressive: he finished tenth in the US Open and third in the PGA Championship. Before those efforts he had completed a solid Augusta debut finishing 20th and impressing on and around the greens (he ranked fifth for Putts per Round and fourth for Scrambling). Given that he also hits long, towering shots that fall softly on the putting surface this bodes well for his future performances in The Masters. Two questions linger however. The first is, can he win just his second professional title when under the pressure of playing the Augusta back nine? And secondly, should we be concerned by his form? He departed the Accenture WGC World Matchplay in the second round, struggled in the Honda Classic and finished above only two of the field in the WGC CA Championship at Doral (one of his favourite courses).
