Woods primed for Masters assault

Having picked up his second win of the year and first WGC victory since 2009, Tiger Woods is now the clear favourite for the Masters.
Woods' game seems to be in perfect shape heading into the year's first major, and with none of his closest rivals showing the same level of form and consistency, he feels his time may be coming again at Augusta.
It's a tournament he's already won four times in his career - and a fifth victory now seems more likely than it has in quite some time.
"That's how I know I can play," Woods said of his two-shot win at the WCG-Cadillac Championship.
"To be able to bring it out a couple times so far this year - and then be able to close and get the W's (wins) on top of that - that's nice.
"Any time I can win prior to Augusta, it always feels good."
Another simple stat is also very revealing: Woods' victory on Sunday was his fifth in the past 12 months - more than any other player in the world.
And with one tournament left to play - the Arnold Palmer Invitational - before the Masters commences on April 11, Woods is primed for another major assault.
"I felt towards the end of last year that I was heading that direction where things were becoming better," Woods said.
"I look at the three venues that I won last year, they were all three very good golf courses, and I think winning at Torrey (Pines - in the Farmers Insurance Open in January) and then winning in Miami I've been on some pretty tough tracks.
"Bay Hill (Arnold Palmer Invitational) can play easy but we didn't have it easy on Sunday (last year); it was more like a US Open in Orlando. That gave me so much confidence heading into the off-season that I was heading in the right direction."
