New Zealand's Mark Brown and Australian pair Steven Jeffress and Stephen Dartnall qualified for the Open Championship after starring at the Australasian regional qualifying tournament.
Brown shot a course-record 62 on Wednesday to win the event to capture one of the three qualifying slots available to the 72-player strong field. He finished at 10-under par over the two rounds.
Jeffress finished at nine-under after his second 67, while Dartnall shot 69 to finish eight-under.
Brown's record-breaking round - beating Ian Poulter's course record of 64 set at the 2012 Australian Masters - included an eagle and eight birdies.
"I made a lot of birdies and when I was six under after nine it started to get serious," Brown said after his round.
The Australasian tournament is one of several to be held in the coming weeks that give lower-ranked players an opportunity to qualify for the biggest event in the sport, which will be held at Muirfield from July 18 to 21.
