Cleveland® Golf/Srixon® congratulates Srixon® staffer Robert Allenby and Cleveland® staffer Jerry Kelly for their weekend victories at the Australian PGA and The Shark Shootout.
Allenby shot a five-under 66 in the final round for a four-stroke victory at the Australian PGA and his second tournament win in consecutive weeks. Allenby, who won last week's Nedbank Challenge in South Africa, earned his fourth Australian PGA title.
"When you start with the lead, all you have to do is to hold it and don't do anything stupid," said Allenby. "I did what I had to do, from the first hole to the last hole. I felt totally in control on every shot."
Jerry Kelly, meanwhile, helped post a winning score of 26-under 190 to earn victory at The Shark Shootout - the pairs event in Naples, Florida.
Kelly won the Zurich Classic of New Orleans earlier this year and his victory at The Shark Shootout was his second win in five appearances at the event.
Allenby plays a Srixon® Z-STAR® ball, Srixon irons, carries Cleveland® wedges, a Srixon® bag and wears a Srixon® hat and glove.
Kelly carries a Cleveland® Launcher DST driver, a HiBORE® XLS hybrid, CG7¿ Tour irons, Cleveland wedges and a Cleveland® Classic putter.
