It's funny - I thought the Race to Duabi was a bit of a daft idea when they announced it but I think it has worked. Or is it just that they've had a competitive order of merit this year? Would have looked less good with nothing much left to play for. Seems the players like it. Still think calling it a World Champs is a bit daft though. How World Champs are they're in golf now? Err, four actually and none of them called World anything!
Really enjoyed watching Simon Dyson come of age the last few weeks. See Lawrence Donegan in the guardian was saying he is one of the good guys. He can certainly putt. Class act the way he polished off the Dunhill.
Love it when we get Loch Lomond on the telly. Think Rory McIlroy can build on his good start and win this week. Come on Rory! Then next week hoping for a good british effort. Poulter looking better and better, Casey world no 3, Luke Donald fit again. What does Graham reckon?
Hi grahamwilliam - have you got your tickling stick ready yet? Doddy made the top 5 both the last 2 weeks. Ho-ho! More seriously, looking forward to this week. Not sure the Welsh boys will do much but you never know.
I'm going to Celtic Manor too. Been going for the last few years and want a second look at the 2010 course - wasn't too convinced last year. But let's give it a chance - 12 months could have made a difference. Be nice to see a Welshman win - great to see the Irish go berserk last week. Perhaps Doddy or Dredge can oblige ...
How do we all think it is going? Can't see Chad holding on. Nor many at the top. Think Weir + harrington looks good with Tiger to breath down their necks. said I wanted Mickelson v Tiger but changed my mind. Padraig v Tiger. How good would that be if they both went at it?
Really looking forward to the week. 1. Phil Mickleson 2. Justin Rose 3. Geoff Ogilvy. Graham not had a go yet?!

I think Webb Simpson can go well this week. 9th here last year and played well in similar places.
